With very easy access in and out of the slip, the basin is a protected harbor for your boat, and is around the corner from Hamilton Harbor Fuel Dock and just a mile to the Gulf of Mexico. Renter will have use of the beautiful Members Only pool and clubhouse exclusively for the use of Marina owners/renters. Just a quick 7 minutes to the Gulf of Mexico with No Bridges – access is always maintained and has been dredged in the last several years. Southpointe at Windstar is located in a secured gated community just a minute or two drive away from the Naples Botanical Garden and Celebration Park.
