With no dock opposite #B-18, it is one of the easiest slips to access in and out of. Available parking is just steps away from the gated dock entrance. The slip is conveniently located within walking distance to Venetian Village where you will find great dining and relaxing options after a day out on the water. You must be a Park Shore resident to own a slip in this marina. Fees only $1,125 quarterly.
